We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and selling software solutions across various markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT industry, particularly in B2B software sales , and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and managing a dynamic sales and marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational objectives and revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking. Manage the entire sales cycle lead generation, hunting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives. Work closely with the marketing team to develop content, collateral, and digital assets. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing strategies and ROI. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Lead, train, and mentor the sales and marketing team to exceed performance goals. Set KPIs and provide regular performance feedback. Foster a results-oriented and collaborative team culture. Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B software sales within the IT industry. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Strong knowledge of CRM systems , sales analytics, and digital marketing tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proactive, target-driven, and customer-centric approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in SaaS product sales (ERP, cybersecurity, AI tools) . Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise software solutions. Sound communication skills (verbal & written) Candidate should open to travel within the state or outside, if required.
