Marketing Activities: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, create marketing materials, and gather customer feedback to improve strategies. Customer Relationship Management: Address customer inquiries, provide solutions, and maintain an updated customer database. Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of digital marketing or CRM tools is an added advantage.
