About the Role

What You’ll Do

Conduct
cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
with US healthcare clinics and billing companies
Generate qualified leads and book discovery calls for our leadership team
Understand client needs and explain our offshore medical billing / RCM solutions
Prepare proposals and assist in
closing deals
with decision-makers
Maintain a lead tracker / CRM and report weekly progress
Assist in
marketing activities
— email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, content coordination, etc.
Support brand visibility through
social media and outreach
initiatives

Who You Are

2–6 years of
sales experience
(B2B / US process / international sales)
Excellent
spoken & written English
– clear, confident, and persuasive
Cold calling expert
with proven lead generation and appointment-setting success
Strong understanding of
US healthcare / RCM / medical billing / offshoring
(preferred, not mandatory)
Target-driven, energetic, and comfortable speaking with doctors and healthcare owners
Familiar with using LinkedIn, email tools, and CRMs to manage leads
Ability to work in
US time overlap (6 PM – 11 PM IST)

Bonus Points

Prior experience in selling
medical billing, healthcare BPO, or RCM services
Experience managing small campaigns on
LinkedIn / Meta / Email marketing
Confident in presenting services over Zoom or phone
