Marketing ExecutiveIndustry: PVC and CPVC Pipes, Fittings, and Building Material Trading
Location: 73/BIDA Mallapur Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-time, internship, experience or fresher

1. Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and promoting the company’s portfolio of PVC pipes, fittings, and other building material products. The role involves developing B2B relationships with contractors, builders, plumbers, consultants, project managers, distributors, and retail hardware stores. Candidates must have strong knowledge of building materials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage field marketing activities.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new clients including contractors, developers, consultants, MEP companies, and retailers.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calls, and market research.
  • Promote PVC pipes, fittings, and building material products to existing and potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and present product proposals and quotations.

B. Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand visibility in the construction and building materials sector.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Develop marketing content such as product brochures, catalogues, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the team for social media promotions, product videos, and customer testimonials.

C. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for inquiries, quotations, and order updates.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide product guidance or technical support.
  • Build long-term relationships with dealers, retailers, and project procurement teams.

D. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new product developments.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and market insights.
  • Suggest pricing strategies based on market demand and competitor activity.

E. Coordination & Administrative Tasks

  • Coordinate with warehouse/supply chain teams for stock availability and deliveries.
  • Prepare sales reports, MIS updates, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in PVC pipes, building materials, hardware, plumbing materials, or construction supplies (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, field marketing, and project sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Valid driving license (if field visits are required).
