Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Part-Time Sales Executive to join our sales team. This is a performance-based role with no fixed salary, and earnings will be based purely on monthly sales incentives achieved individually. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients through direct contact, networking, and referrals. Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers. Understand client needs and offer solutions accordingly. Follow up on leads and close deals independently. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions. Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress. Requirements: Proven communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales aptitude and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Prior sales experience (preferred but not mandatory). Incentive Structure: Monthly incentives will be calculated based on individual sales performance. Higher sales volume = Higher earning potential.
