Sales Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell our eco-friendly aluminium foil containers to restaurants, caterers, cafes, and distributors. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and executing marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility across Chhattisgarh and neighboring regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify potential clients in the food service, catering, and packaging industries.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
• Visit and pitch products to restaurants, cloud kitchens, hotels, and wholesalers.
• Build long-term relationships with B2B clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns (social media, print, and local events).
• Assist in branding, product sampling, and promotional drives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, packaging, or FMCG sector preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and local market trends.
• Willingness to travel within Chhattisgarh for client visits.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
