Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Executive located in the Mohali district. The Sales Marketing Executive will develop and implement manage sales and marketing activities. They will be responsible for communication strategies and engaging with potential clients to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities Visit construction sites , builders, contractors, architects, and engineers to promote AAC blocks. Identify and approach hardware and building material stores to expand retail presence. Generate new business leads through site visits, networking, and cold calling. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment. Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery. Maintain daily sales activity reports and update CRM or sales tracker. Key Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience in building materials, cement, tiles, TMT bars, or AAC blocks. Strong local networking with contractors, site supervisors, and retailers . Good communication and negotiation skills in [regional language] and Hindi/English . Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
