Sales and Marketing Executive (Luxury Real Estate)

Majestic Sky Bungalow

Majestic Sky Bungalow is the luxury residential project by Jinraj Real Estate , offering limited edition 3.5 BHK and 4 BHK 'Sky Bungalows' designed for an elite lifestyle. We are seeking an ambitious and polished Sales and Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, manage high-value client relationships, and execute targeted marketing initiatives, particularly in the field.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in the luxury real estate market and possesses the communication skills and professional demeanor required to represent a premium brand.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a holistic approach covering the entire sales and marketing funnel, with a specific focus on high-touch client interaction and on-the-ground promotion.

Luxury Sales & Client Management

  • Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets for 3.5 BHK and 4 BHK luxury apartments by managing the entire sales lifecycle, from initial inquiry to final registration.
  • High-Net-Worth (HNI) Client Focus: Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and channel partners, ensuring a white-glove service experience.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct personalized site visits and presentations, skillfully articulating the unique value propositions of a 'Sky Bungalow' (e.g., privacy, exclusive amenities, spacious design, location advantage).
  • Documentation & Closure: Handle all sales documentation, follow-up, and negotiation processes with professionalism to ensure smooth and timely closures.

Field Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Local Promotion: Identify and secure strategic local tie-ups and co-branding opportunities with luxury lifestyle brands, premium clubs, and corporate entities to reach the target demographic.
  • Site Presentation: Ensure the model unit and sales lounge are presented flawlessly, maintaining the luxury aesthetic and brand consistency at all times.
  • Outreach: Engage in direct outreach activities to local businesses, high-end societies, and key influential personnel in the target area.

Digital & Strategy Support

  • Collaborate with the central marketing team to provide local insights for digital campaigns (SEO, social media, paid advertising) targeting luxury buyers.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to keep abreast of luxury market trends, pricing strategies, and product offerings of similar premium projects.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales and field marketing activities in the CRM system, providing regular, accurate reports on lead status and conversion metrics.

Qualifications and Skills

Must-Haves

  • Experience: Proven experience 1-2 years in Real Estate Sales, specifically involving premium or luxury residential properties (3 BHK+ configurations).
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, especially high-appreciation zones and luxury residential trends in [Location].
  • Professional Presence: Impeccable professional presentation, demeanor, and confidence in interacting with discerning HNI clients.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Marathi/Hindi and English.

Preferred

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Real Estate Management.
  • Demonstrated track record in organizing and executing field marketing events or property launches.
  • Familiarity with luxury segment CRM tools .
