Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, networking, and industry databases. Client Outreach & Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with leads via calls, emails, and messages to introduce company services/products and convert them into potential clients. Sales Follow-Ups: Keep in touch with prospects, address queries, and build relationships to drive conversions. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain records of interactions, track leads, and update CRM systems. Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and other branding initiatives. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities. Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards monthly and quarterly lead conversion and sales goals.
