The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, along with proven experience in sales and marketing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals. Manage customer relationships and drive new business opportunities. Promote the company's products and services to existing and prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Organize and attend meetings with clients and potential partners. Collaborate with the team to generate marketing materials and promote the brand. Achieve sales targets and track performance. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Graduation (Any discipline) Experience: Minimum 2 years, maximum 4 years in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the construction or related industry. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
