We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales and marketing.solid market knowledge, and proven skills in dealer network management and business development.

Key responsibilities-

• Strategy and planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, policies, and action plans to meet business objectives.
• Team management: Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales and marketing staff; monitor their performance and contributions.
• Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and stay informed on market trends.
• Sales operations: Oversee sales activities, set sales targets and quotas, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales performance.
• Marketing campaigns: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, track their effectiveness, and ensure brand consistency.
• Client relations: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to foster customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Budget management: Manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure financial targets are met.
