We are distributors of Polycab, Finolex cables, RPG cables, L&T Switchgear, Kluber Lubrications and OKS. Role & Responsibility: - Target oriented with goal of achievement vision promotes success. - Individual Target setting for day, week and month - Customer Visit sheet for week/month. - Generating requirements, new customers - Order follow up/ payment follow up - Major focus will be on sales penetration and expansion strategies. - Product Knowledge - Sales call and sales conversion - Preparing and reporting on daily basis - Keeping track of new developments in markets and selling opportunities, Tracking competitor's activity and countering within house activity. - Following up with user/end customers for their feedback on the quotes and products, Making contact in purchase, electrical, design and purchasing department at potential customer sites. - Review and identify technical requirements / devices / equipment as per RFQ Prepare accurate and cost effective offer. - Coordinate with customer and engineering department for all techno-commercial matters. - Review and process customer PO - Responsibility for payment & other legal formality. - Enquiry generation, Quotation tracking, Order conversation, Order execution tracking, Payment & form collection will complete cycle. Soft Skills: - Hard working/Smart thinking, Perseverance, Result oriented, Service mentality - Good communication skills- both written and oral (Hindi, English & Gujarati) Experience: 0-2 Years of industrial equipment/consumable selling experience. Salary (CTC): Per month as per industry standards & candidate capability. Job Location: Vadodara Positions for: Ankleshwar,Ahmedabad & Vadodara.
