About the Role: Sishnu Software Services is looking for a dynamic and highly driven AI Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of sales, marketing, and technology. You will be responsible for generating leads, establishing sales funnels, executing marketing strategies, and creating intelligent workflows using AI tools. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Build and manage the sales funnel from prospecting to closing. Identify and engage with potential customers via cold calling, email outreach, and digital platforms. Conduct product demonstrations and articulate value propositions to clients effectively. Navigate CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo) to track leads, manage pipeline, and close deals. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels. Participate in client/vendor meetings, provide follow-up communication, and handle objections with ease. Design and implement AI-driven sales workflows and automation strategies. Utilize customer feedback, competitor insights, and analytics, market data to optimize engagement strategies. Marketing & Content Creation: Design and execute Go-To-Market strategies for products and services. Manage social media presence across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Google, and Facebook. Leverage AI tools for SEO, keyword research, and campaign optimization. Launch and manage affiliate and influencer marketing programs. Write persuasive and engaging marketing content, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns. Use tools like Canva and Adobe Suite to create marketing visuals, ads, and logos. Create and edit videos showcasing products, features, testimonials, and thought leadership. Track performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on analytics and feedback. Collaborate with design and tech teams to align campaigns with product roadmap and feature rollouts. Required Skills & Experience 0-3 Years of experience in a Sales/Marketing/Technical hybrid role. Strong understanding of the full sales lifecycle and funnel management. Hands-on experience with at least one CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Apollo. Understanding of AI/ML tools and workflows related to sales and marketing automation. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Familiar with SEO strategies, email marketing, and social media tools. Experience in content creation—blogs, video, graphics, and social media posts. Working knowledge of programming or DevOps is a strong plus (Java, Python, .NET). Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly desirable. Exposure to prompt engineering, security, sustainability, auditing/compliance is a plus.
