Job Description

Responsibilities Data Analysis and Customer Behavior Assessment: ▪ Analyze existing sales data to identify patterns in customer buying behavior, including high and low purchase trends. ▪ Develop detailed reports on sales performance, highlighting key insights and potential areas for revenue optimization. ▪ Utilize data visualization tools to present findings clearly and effectively to management. Customer Engagement and Feedback Analysis: ▪ Conduct outreach to customers to understand the rationale behind purchasing behaviors, focusing on high and low purchasing segments. ▪ Collect qualitative data through interviews, surveys, or direct feedback sessions. ▪ Compile customer insights to identify common themes, pain points, and motivators. Sales Promotion and Marketing Plan Development: ▪ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales promotions based on data analysis and customer feedback. ▪ Create marketing strategies aimed at boosting sales among identified low-purchase segments while maintaining high-purchase customer loyalty. ▪ Assist in developing promotional materials, sales collateral, and marketing content. Operational Coordination and Execution: ▪ Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and promotional campaigns. ▪ Monitor the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives, providing feedback to the marketing and sales leadership. ▪ Adjust strategies and plans based on performance analysis and operational feedback. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field. Experience in sales analysis, marketing coordination, or related roles. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similarStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer Ability to develop actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative data. Experience in creating and executing sales and marketing plans. Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
