Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals, including market analysis and competitive research. Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Sales Processes: Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and submit sales reports, analyze sales performance, and forecast future sales. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and the market. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and other sales deals with clients. After-Sales Support: Ensure timely service response and customer satisfaction for machinery. Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting solutions for customers.
