Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, located in Kupwara, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. The role includes mentoring and training sales representatives, conducting market research, and maintaining customer satisfaction to ensure the ongoing growth and success of the company.

• Experience in Leadership, Team Management, and Mentoring
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Market Research and Customer Relationship Management
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
