Location: Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu (On-site)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering / MBA preferred

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the commercial aero engine aftermarket. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and commercial expertise, with experience in managing engine sales, leasing, and trading activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development of engines, modules, and spare parts from in-house inventory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with airlines, MROs, leasing companies, and trading partners.
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and commercial offers aligned with company goals.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage engine documentation and inventory.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and global demand for CFM, Rolls-Royce, and Pratt & Whitney engines.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in sales or business development within the aviation engine aftermarket.
  • Technical knowledge of CFM, Rolls-Royce, or Pratt & Whitney product lines.
  • Strong understanding of engine documentation, preservation, and inventory management.
  • Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
