Sales Growth & Order Management Monitor sales performance across assigned cluster and implement strategies to achieve assigned GMV and revenue targets. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Oversee efficient order processing and ensure timely resolution of pre-order inquiries. Ensure efficient collection of all receivables from customer accounts within the cluster. Sales Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement a cluster level sales strategy aligned with company-wide objectives. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS MBA with 3+ years of experience from relevance industry. Experience in Construction Industry & B2B Ecommerce (Infra) industry is a plus. Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and query resolutions. Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion. Experience in financial aspects related to P&L. Networking & Relationship Management - Should have a strong local network. Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skill
