Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve targets for American Heart Institute's educational programs, including coaching, counseling, and skill development services.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders such as hospitals, colleges, institutes, nurses, professionals, and individuals seeking life support training.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research to expand the institute's reach in the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted promotional campaigns and events to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance metrics and improve customer engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-9 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Management in an education/training sector (preferably).
  • Strong understanding of American Heart Institute's products/services offerings (coaching/counseling/skill development).
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients/stakeholders; ability to present complex information effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets; analytical mindset with attention to detail.
