Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop sales strategies to achieve targets for American Heart Institute's educational programs, including coaching, counseling, and skill development services.
Build relationships with key stakeholders such as hospitals, colleges, institutes, nurses, professionals, and individuals seeking life support training.
Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research to expand the institute's reach in the healthcare industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted promotional campaigns and events to drive sales growth.
Analyze sales data to optimize performance metrics and improve customer engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-9 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Management in an education/training sector (preferably).
Strong understanding of American Heart Institute's products/services offerings (coaching/counseling/skill development).
Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients/stakeholders; ability to present complex information effectively.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets; analytical mindset with attention to detail.
