Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in real estate sales to drive revenue growth, manage and mentor a team of sales agents, and develop effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, data-driven, and passionate about building and scaling high-performance teams. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to meet and exceed targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities Set and track sales KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present to leadership Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction Collaborate with the marketing team to design lead generation campaigns Maintain strong client relationships and support high-value transactions as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Application Question(s): How fluent are you in english?
