Job Description Sales Managers / BDM’s Location – New Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore Job Summary A Software Sales Role with 4-6 years’ experience in Selling Software, Cloud Solutions to enterprise customers The position reports to Sales Director and based in Bangalore Must have skills and maturity to work with decision makers collaboratively & decisively Selling IT Software - DevSecOps & Digital Transformation Solutions Preferred Preference to candidates with Prior experience with Products from ServieNow / SalesForce / Atlassian and GitHub, Should be able to interface with C Suites and drive large deals The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision and possess a high degree of problem-solving skills. Must be goal oriented and should be able to achieve & exceed monthly sales goals Operating in a rapidly evolving environment will require the candidate to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations Qualifications and Skills Strong team player and focused on delivering results with high ethical standards Must deliver results on monthly basis Ability to think on your feet, shape and improve processes. Highly analytical & tactical in handling customer accounts Demonstrates high level of integrity, and strong work ethic. Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of technology and business. Educational background – Bachelor’s degree required Strong grasp over English, Kannada and Hindi languages
