Job Summary:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive 

  venue sales strategy

   to maximise bookings, occupancy, and client engagement.
• Drive 

  sales and business development

   by identifying new clients, partnerships, and opportunities in the entertainment, events, and production sectors.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual 

  sales targets

  .
• Develop strong industry connections with agencies, brands, event organisers, and production houses.
• Prepare and present 

  sales forecasts, reports, and ROI analysis

   to management.
• Develop and execute 

  strategic campaigns

   that lead to conversions(digital, on-ground, and B2B).
• Manage end-to-end 

  client/partner relations

   from lead generation to contract closure.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience

   in marketing & sales, with a strong focus on 

  venue sales, events, or entertainment/production houses

  .
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding 

  sales and revenue targets

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in

  venue promotions and audience engagement

   is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
