Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities within your assigned territory or industry vertical. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling our IT products and services to prospective clients. Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad Experience: 5+ Years Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM Roles and Responsibilities: - Identify and research potential clients and industries for business development. - Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. - Understand the client's business challenges and objectives. - Recommend tailored IT solutions that address their specific needs. - Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance. - Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to closing deals. - Prepare and submit proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements. - Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable contracts. - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. - Use market insights to tailor sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the CRM system. - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales head. Qualifications: - Proven track record of 5+ years in IT sales or a related field. - Bachelor of engineering or relevant degree. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets. - Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
