Project Details : Residential Project at Kandivali West with 500 apartments Township, by Raheja's Required Skills Ability to converse in Gujarati is Mandatory . Should be fluent in English & Hindi too. Exceptional verbal & convincing skills Good negotiation skill and works well with numbers Ability to grasp technical details from the internal team and present it to the clients Pleasing personality Computer skills Able to handle customer queries and satisfactorily Should be aware and able to strategies as per market trends Computer Savvy. Must possess knowledge of MS Office & should be able to operate Sale Software Qualifications & Experience: Any MBA/ Graduate Around 8 to 15 years of experience in renowned realty or hotel industry.
