Job Description

Key Responsibilities: * Daily review and analyse the performance of the sales team . * Manage the sales budget and control expenses, conduct regular sales meetings prepare regular sales reports and training sessions to ensure the team is aligned with company objectives. * Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor and improve the effectiveness of the sales team. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives. * Identify and pursue new market opportunities and potential customers. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. * Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. * Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. * Develop customer retention strategies to reduce churn and increase repeat business. * Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer insights and market trends. * Ensure the timely and accurate processing of sales orders and transactions. * Oversee the logistics and delivery process to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.
