Job Description

Direct liaising with branch personnel to generate leads. Provide coaching and training of branchs/ other internal channel team, ensure motivation to branch / other internal channels for continued lead generation. Coordinate with Credit and Operations to ensure disbursement of loans from leads generated from branch / other internal channels. Perform the job according to the target goals of a company. Identify which areas of business must be improved and suggest solutions in order to cope with issues. Manage employee and customer satisfaction issues on time.
