Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales targets and achieve revenue goals for assigned stores or regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    HNI, UHNI, and VIP clients

    .
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the luxury space.
  • Develop sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer retention.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every client to enhance brand experience.
  • Manage clienteling activities, ensuring regular engagement and repeat business.
  • Handle client feedback and ensure swift resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.

3. Team Leadership & Training

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear sales objectives.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, professionalism, and luxury service standards.

4. Store & Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  • Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams for campaigns and events.
  • Ensure adherence to brand SOPs, display standards, and service protocols.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track sales performance, KPIs, and customer insights through regular reports.
  • Analyze sales trends and recommend action plans to improve conversions and client engagement.
  • Monitor competitor activities and luxury market trends.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management.
  • Experience

    in luxury or premium sales, with at least

    3–5 years in a managerial role

    .
  • Proven track record in

    client relationship management

    and

    high-ticket sales

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    luxury brand dynamics, consumer behavior, and aesthetics

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
