We are a medium sized family-owned private company. For over 15 years, we have been involved in the manufacture of lubricants and petroleum speciality products to national and Global Oil companies. Our Ultra Labs Division operates a sophisticated independent test lab certified by NABL which provides testing of fuels, automotive specialties and lubricants. Company Name: Ultra Plus Lubes Pvt Ltd Job Profile: Sales Manager. Department :Sales Location: Kamothe-Navi Mumbai. Responsibilties: 5-7 years of experience in Analytical instruments, Lab chemicals sales. Industry preference: Analytical instruments, Lab chemicals, Reagents, Certified reference materials. Committed to continuous education through workshops/Exhibitions, seminars, and conferences. Good level of English proficiency and strong knowledge on Technical & commercial in co terms. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skill. Should have ability to communicate effectively within the team. Autonomous, rigorous, and organized mindset. High level of customer orientation. Requirements and skills: Education: BSC Chemistry , MSC - Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, MBA (Marketing) Experience: 5+ Yrs Technical Skills: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Travel: Willing to travel to customer sites as required. Preferably Male candidates.
