UBI Services Ltd (UBISL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Union Bank of India, headquartered in Mumbai. Established in 1999, the company initially operated as a Primary Dealer in Government Securities and Treasury Bills. Currently, UBISL is involved in institutional broking, mutual fund distribution, and trading/investment in financial instruments like CPs, CDs, and Treasury Bills. As a distribution arm of Union Bank of India, the company is expanding to offer doorstep services for housing and vehicle loans, providing end-to-end financial solutions for individuals, from property or car consultations to loan arrangements.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales process for housing loan products, guiding the team to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and implementing sales strategies to boost performance. The role also involves analyzing market trends, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Team Leadership
Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Business Development
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve performance benchmarks
Understanding of financial products, especially housing loans, is an advantage
Proven organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of the financial sector and familiarity with regulatory requirements is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
