Job Description

Identify relevant government tenders related to office and residential furniture through online portals (GeM, CPPP, state e-portals, etc.). Manage end-to-end tendering process: from identifying opportunities, bid preparation, documentation, submission, to follow-up and execution. Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, accounts) to gather necessary documents and technical inputs for tenders. Monitor and analyze tender results to improve win rates and bid strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with government departments, PSUs, and other institutions for ongoing and upcoming procurement needs. Ensure compliance with all relevant tender rules, terms, and eligibility criteria. Represent the company in pre-bid meetings, vendor registrations, and post-tender negotiations. Track market trends and competitor activities in the government procurement space.
