Lead, mentor, and train a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Develop and implement sales strategies to boost team productivity and market penetration. Handle high-value client negotiations and assist the team in closing complex deals.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
48 years of proven experience in luxury real estate or high-end sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly professional. Well-versed in luxury lifestyle preferences and customer psychology.
