Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Noida(Fresher Preffered). The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. The role also involves staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, as well as preparing regular sales reports.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation Skills
• Ability to Conduct Market Research and Analyze Consumer Behavior Trends
• Experience with CRM Tools and Sales Analytics Software
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work collaboratively with teams
• Relevant experience in media, advertising, or creative industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
