Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, preparing sales proposals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with the marketing team to align sales strategies with digital marketing efforts. The Sales Manager will also mentor junior sales staff and track sales performance metrics.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions
• Sales leadership experience, including team mentoring and performance tracking
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Experience in digital marketing or technology sectors is a plus
