Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring the achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
• Set sales targets and track daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams for smooth execution.
• Handle client escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Train and onboard new sales team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales; at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
