Role Description

The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raniganj. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, build and lead a team of agents and develop strategic initiatives to drive business growth. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, fostering strong client relationships, organizing training sessions for agents, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves monitoring market trends to identify opportunities, facilitating partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer support to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
