Sales of Solar Rooftop & Water Heating Systems Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales teams to achieve targets through effective communication, leadership, and strategy development. Develop and implement business plans to drive growth in the solar industry. Identify new opportunities for product sales and upselling/cross-selling of solar panels, inverters, and other related products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in BDE (Business Development Executive) or similar role in Sales & Marketing field. Strong understanding of Solar Panel, Solar Inverter, UPS systems, and their applications. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers at all levels.
