Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Distributor & Network Management: Build and manage relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure efficient distribution. Sales Growth & Market Expansion: Achieve sales targets by expanding the retail network and securing new business opportunities. New Product Launch Execution: Strategically introduce and promote the new product line, ensuring widespread distribution. Visibility & Merchandising: Enhance brand visibility at retail outlets through proper merchandising and promotional activities. Retail & Trade Management: Conduct market visits, negotiate deals with retailers, and execute trade promotions effectively. Market Insights & Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, track market trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain sales records, analyze key metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in FMCG Products. Strong distributor and retailer management skills. Ability to execute new product launches and improve product visibility. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking tools. Willingness to travel across Pune for sales and distributor management.
