Role: Sales Manager Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients through various inbound channels such as social media, website, content marketing, referrals and walk-ins. Lead a team of inbound sales representatives and provide guidance and support to achieve sales targets. Analyze market trends and customer behaviour to optimize inbound sales efforts. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling content and promotional materials. Nurture leads and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up, including following up with previous clients and maintaining good relationships which can lead to future client referrals.
