Job Description

Your role involves Managing, Monitoring & Mentoring a team of Front line Sales Officers who are responsible for sourcing savings/current accounts in a defined branch catchment of the Bank. Your primary goal is to scale up the retail branch banking franchise to achieve the liability Nos & Value targets assigned for the branch. You will be accountable for expanding the branch foot print, increasing product penetration, and ensuring high quality customer engagement with the target segment. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing the Bank's strategies and business deliverables in the assigned geography. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit Sales Officers to maintain an optimum level in the branch - Mentor and control attrition of Front line Sales officers to ensure delivery of business targets - Provide training on products, processes, and other essential deliverables to team members - Monitor daily sales targets to ensure compliance with the Bank's policies - Conduct motivational programs to encourage team members to meet organizational objectives - Collaborate with branch personnel to foster a conducive atmosphere for teamwork - Resolve customer queries in a timely manner to enhance customer experience - Monitor growth and execution as per the defined business plan - Identify leads for cross-selling potential available in the customer segments - Monitor key parameters such as employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates, and implement necessary improvements Qualification Required: - Prior experience in sales management and team leadership - Strong understanding of banking products and processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to motivate and mentor team members effectively - Analytical mindset to monitor and improve key performance indicators (Note: No additional details about the company were present in the job description.)
