SHOULD BE EXPERT TO GENERATE LCL / FCL BUSINESS FOR EXPORT AND IMPORT. GENERATE NEW CLIENT AND CREATE BUSINESS FROM THEM FOR LCL SHIPMENTS.Responsibilities: Business Development: Actively seek and identify new clients in the target market. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate rates and contracts with clients. LCL Specialization: Possess in-depth knowledge of LCL shipping processes, including consolidation, de-consolidation, and documentation. Focus on generating and closing LCL deals. Provide expert advice to clients on the most cost-effective and efficient LCL solutions. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently. Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales cycle. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
