Role & responsibilities We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to handle sales operations in Kolkata, West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar , and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English , and should be capable of building and managing relationships with industrial clients. Develop new clients and business opportunities across Eastern Indian states, especially in the industrial sector (steel plants, power units, manufacturing industries). Visit client sites, understand technical requirements, and offer suitable bearing solutions. Follow up on leads, generate quotations, and convert prospects into orders. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close profitable sales deals. Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and client support. Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing. Maintain client records, prepare daily sales reports, and update management regularly. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Preferred candidate profile 3 years of B2B industrial sales experience (bearings or mechanical components preferred). Language proficiency: Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English . Strong communication, persuasion, and client management skills. Willing to travel extensively across Eastern India.. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).
