Job Title: Sales Manager – Royal Enfield Dealership Location: Gujarat, India Industry: Automotive / Two-Wheeler Sales Reports To: Dealer Principal / General Manager --- Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team at our Royal Enfield dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving business growth in line with Royal Enfield's brand values. --- Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the dealership’s sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. Ensure excellent customer service and enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for dealership management. Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to improve performance and ensure compliance with company policies. Manage vehicle stock and coordinate with Royal Enfield for inventory planning. Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complaints in a timely manner. Oversee showroom display, branding, and adherence to Royal Enfield dealership standards. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and institutional buyers. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
