Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales performance of dealerships across multiple locations, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform forecasting and planning efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product availability, inventory management, and logistics. Provide coaching and training to dealership staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in automobile sales or a related field (dealership management). MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution (any specialization). Strong understanding of two wheeler/four wheeler industry dynamics; familiarity with motorcycle/car brands preferred.
