Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets and grow business in assigned territory. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling real estate services within existing client base. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop effective promotional campaigns. Develop and execute strategies for field sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with clients. Building and maintaining relationships with clients: The Manager - Sales is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. This may involve regular communication, networking events, and other activities to build trust and Support Analyzing sales and marketing data: The Manager - Sales is responsible for analyzing sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth Experience in Villa, apartments & Plots Direct Reporting to VP-Sales Skills Strong B2C sales experience Closing deals and handling objections Lead generation and prospecting Upselling and cross-selling techniques Coaching and mentoring sales reps Motivating the team to meet/exceed targets Delegating tasks effectively Conflict resolution and team building Nearby Coimbatore candidates preferred Salary is Negotiable
