Sales Manager - Real Estate

As a Sales Manager in the real estate field at Skygrow Realtor, your role will involve leading the sales team to achieve company targets and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets. - Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team for optimal performance. - Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers. - Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Overseeing negotiations and closing high-value property deals. - Ensuring compliance with real estate laws and company policies. - Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively. - Knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and customer behavior. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. - Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and the ability to work under pressure. Preferred qualifications include: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Experience in handling luxury and commercial properties is a plus.
