Developing and implementing sales strategies: The Manager - Sales is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This may involve conducting market research, identifying target customers, and developing marketing plans. 2. The Manager - Sales is Major responsibility include sales and marketing of project and brand , sales team management , sales and marketing strategy , client relations , sales closures , reporting detail sales data and presentation to management . 3. Building and maintaining relationships with clients: The Manager - Sales is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. This may involve regular communication, networking events, and other activities to build trust and rapport. 4. Analyzing sales and marketing data: The Manager - Sales is responsible for analyzing sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. They may use data analytics tools to identify key performance indicators and develop strategies to improve sales and marketing efforts. Qualifications: Candidate shall have minimum experience of 8 yrs in Real estate sales and marketing reputed Specific real estate in villas & Residentials projects experience a strong plus Result-oriented with the aspiration &ambition to learn and excel Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite Excellent written and oral communication skills Well groomed and business like appearance at all times Exemplary ability to communicate clearly, logically and concisely Proactive desire to take on additional responsibility
