Job Description: Sales Manager (3D Printers and Filaments)

Job Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Office Timing: 9:00am to 6:30pm (6 days working)

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales

efforts in the exciting field of 3D printing technology. The ideal candidate will have a background

in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. An MBA or other marketing and

sales degrees will be considered an added advantage. This role offers an excellent opportunity to

work with cutting-edge technology and drive business growth in PAN India.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand

customer base.

 Identify market opportunities and potential clients for 3D printing products and services.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.

 Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.

 Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.

 Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA

preferred).

 Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in technology or industrial products.

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Strong business acumen and ability to understand technical products.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience in selling 3D printers/filaments or related technology solutions.

 Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

 Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

 Understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour in the technology sector.
