Job Title:

Candidates must have relevant experience in machine tools, industrial equipment, or precision engineering sectors.

Role Expectations & Responsibilities

Managerial Level

Leading and managing the complete sales function for the assigned region.
Driving revenue growth by developing new business and strengthening existing customer relationships.
Preparing sales forecasts, strategies, and action plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Handling the entire sales cyclefrom inquiry generation to order finalization.
Coordinating with technical, service, and application teams for seamless customer support.
Monitoring competitor activities and providing market intelligence.
Managing team performance and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Maintaining strong rapport with OEMs, key accounts, and industry stakeholders.
Ensuring timely reporting, documentation, and adherence to company policies.

Candidate Profile

Minimum
10 years of experience
in machine tool sales or related industrial sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to handle complete sales responsibilities independently.
Candidates currently residing in to
Kolhapur
preferred.
