Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Follow-Ups: Responsible for calling all incoming customer leads and ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize conversions. Develop a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals . Must be proactive in making calls to all customer leads and following up consistently to close deals. Channel Management: Build and nurture relationships with distributors, dealers to expand market presence. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution . Product Expertise: Educate potential clients on the benefits of OptiCoat PPF & ceramic coatings , positioning it as a premium solution. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and identify ogrowth opportunities Team Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Key Requirements Experience in automotive sales, PPF, ceramic coatings, or car detailing industry preferred. Strong networking and negotiation skills to close deals. Self-motivated & target-driven with a proven sales track record. Excellent communication and presentation skills . Willingness to travel and meet clients within Bengaluru.
