- Data hygiene adherence via CRM and reporting tools
- Upselling and consultative selling skills
- Stakeholder management across societies, RWAs, and internal teams - Ability to coordinate with ops for closures
- 2–5 years in B2B field sales, real estate, or gated community sales
- Familiarity with apartment societies and local networks
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel daily and meet activity benchmarks.
